We are remembering P.C. Ian Dibell who died on duty in 2012 from a gunman in Clacton on Sea. He will never be forgotten x

This is the best patch I have seen. What a great thing you have done for charity its such a good cause….We shall never forget what all our grandparents and great grandparents did for us so that we can live in a free country. They deserve the utmost respect…I couldn’t imagine some of our generation signing up to do that for our country now. Well done UK cop humour!

Quite emotional seeing the families, scouts, veterans and serving soldiers march as one today.. Probably the only time standing at a road closer gets respect!!

Along with the donations for PC Dave Phillips it’s been a top effort from UKCH the past few weeks.

Liked and shared. What a beautiful sentiment…… I would give my patch to one of my paramedic friends. Put their names in a hat and the one picked out is the lucky person…..

The patches should be worn by all in memory of friends and colleagues who have held the line and gave their lives serving going above and beyond the call of duty to protect and serve others acting without fear or favour or prejudice.

I’d love to hand one to the first Pc I come across, but the thin blue line is now so thin it may take some considerable time !

That’s it! All done! We might do similar tomorrow. Don’t get us wrong – we’d LOVE to give you all a patch – and in person, but sadly we’re not that rich and charity wouldn’t benefit.

You can still get yours at the very last minute at the following link:

I would like to win and give the patch to my teenage grandchildren who are both in the police cadets and attend
Every year at the remembrance parade. They would be so proud as I am of them.

I’m not a police officer but I know a few. I was brought up by my family to respect the police and everyone working for the services I’ve taught my daughter the same she knows the police are good people and that they will always help you when you need them, someone once said to her that if your not good the police man would take her away, my daughter who was 3 at the time turned around and told the woman NO they won’t as the police are our friends. All officers do a fantastic job thank you
