Cake Exemption Act 1987

Cake Exemption Act 1987
(as amended in 2017)

Thou shalt be exempt from cakes for the offence of failing to engage a handbrake in a vehicle as long as:
(a) said vehicle is travelling at low speed,
(b) said vehicle causes less than £4.99 worth of damage,
and,
(c) said occupant(s) of aforementioned vehicle are engaged in life saving activity, namely, neutralising armed terrorists/criminals.
